A little history: The earliest recording of DC Ranch dates to 1885, when Dr. W.B. "Doc" Crosby registered the DC cattle brand. In 1901, Wisconsin businessman E.O. Brown purchased the DC brand and claimed the land, which had grown into a 43,000-acre cattle ranch. The ranch’s last cattle drive to the stockyards and bustling railroad yards in Phoenix took place in the late 1950s. Nearly four decades later, an affiliate of DMB Associates, Inc. partnered with the landowners to create this magnificent golf community.
